Pilot Point, TX, March 11, 2025 – Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NYSE: GRBK) announces the acquisition of the first phase of an approximate 570-acre master planned development near Lake Ray Roberts in Pilot Point, Texas. The development, known as Burks Ranch, was acquired from Texas Republic Management and Ben Weber. This significant land transaction marks a major milestone for Green Brick Partners as it expands its footprint in the North Texas region, bringing much-needed housing and lifestyle amenities to the area.

Green Brick Partners plans to include a community nature preserve area, community connectivity with open space trail corridors, and a community amenity center. The extension of the Dallas North Tollway to G.A. Moore Parkway (FM 455) has enhanced access to the area, making it more attractive to new homebuyers.

The acquisition of the Burks Ranch property was the result of extensive collaboration and partnership between Green Brick Partners and Texas Republic Management. The complex transaction involved navigating existing entitlements within the City of Pilot Point, requiring meticulous planning and a shared commitment to realizing the property’s full potential.
